Use a tea cup or mug (230 ml) and fill it with hot water which is at 100 degrees Centigrade. Put the tea bag into the water and let it brew for 3-5 minutes before consuming. Allow the tea to cool sufficiently before drinking, then enjoy! It is recommended you drink it warm.
